Terms of service.

General Terms

Please be specific and clear with your details and provide references! I may refuse any commission requests, regardless of our "will do"s and "won’t do"s. In the event of the artists being unable to complete the commission for unforeseen reasons, we can choose to cancel and refund the request. Requests to cancel commission will only be accepted if payment has not been provided prior. Feel free to approach and ask me anything before you settle on actually commissioning.

Payment

Must be paid in USD through PayPal. Payment must be in full for work to begin. Private commissions will come with a 30% fee. Commercial rights to the artwork that doesn't include them will be a 300% increase of the original price.

Process

My progress is divided into three phases: Sketch, Lineart, and Coloring. At the end of each phase, revisions from the commissioner might be applicable depending on the kind of commission acquired. Works-in-progress will be shared if requested, but we'll only apply requested changes at the end of each phase when the revisions take place. Each commission type has a different production time frame, and the queue will interfere with starting and delivery dates. If delays occur, the client will be notified.

Customer Satisfaction

I ask that you make sure to pick all the details that need changing or fixing during the revisions allowed in your commission. But if that's not possible: Minor changes will come at no charge, such as coloring or marking mistakes. Major changes such as outfit, pose, or background changes after the commission is complete will come at an additional cost and must reenter the queue.

Usage Policy

Artwork produced by the artists will be subject to be used by the artists how they wish unless discussed prior. The client is welcome to print for personal use and use for self-promotion with proper credit given to the artist. The artists hold the right to use the art for promotion and to display it anywhere the artists wish. Artists must have the freedom to live stream, record, and share the process if the commission isn’t a private commission.

Commercial Rights

Not included: By default, my character-related artwork does not include commercial rights. That is to say, you can't attach that artwork to merchandise and sell it.

Limited: Emotes, Panels, and Concept Art include limited commercial rights, meaning you can use them for commercial purposes on digital media, or for any of your content-creating accounts; however those pieces weren't designed to and should not be attached to printed merchandise.

Included: When purchasing an artwork that includes commercial rights, you guarantee your right to print and resell those prints in any kind of merch.

Remember that although you may or may not hold commercial rights to our artist’s artwork, you can not state that you created the artwork yourself.
